hi syrup! I'm aki, and I bring Aerith from FFVII. I have to say as another WoL player that I love your icons; I have considered commissioning Zee before and it's nice to see how the style works for a WoL!

Anyway! Unsure how canon aware you are of 7, but if there's anyone who makes a perfect friend and companion for a WoL, it's going to be Aerith. Also she'll straight up bully him into taking care of himself, not just others.

Hello Aki! Can definitely recommend Zee for WoL icons, her expressions are perfection. But yes! I'm as familiar with FFVII as one can be without personally finishing the games (I got through the Honeybee dance number in the Remake, felt it was absolutely perfect and everything I ever wanted, and then put the game down completely satisfied). Aerith is exactly the sort of friend Cedrik needs, and I hope he can be a good friend for her as well! Please bully him, he's going to need it...

Honestly, Honeybee dance number is a good point to stop just because... yes. Perfection. LOL. But yes, I can imagine a friend will be good for him, especially given everything he's been through of late (that is, assuming his canon point is somewhere around Endwalker?)

Also the two of them perfectly fit the good ol' tank and healer trope so that's just fun too.

omg yes I'd love to play some tank and healer dynamics! That's the good stuff. I will keep an eye out for chances to tag your Aerith!

(And yes, his canon point is right after the final solo duty of Endwalker and the conversation that follows. He's definitely been through the wringer and doing his best to keep a lid on it so far.)
