Info: Hi gang! My name is Annie and I spend my days apologizing for terrible women and their crimes. I'm in PST and I work a 9-5 lab job, so some days I might be pretty sporadic and some days I might be pretty active! I like soulslike video games and various manga: Berserk, Golden Kamuy, etc. I'm also really into arknights and I know we got some fans here so [waves].

Info: Rachel :) tldr: Rachel is a perfectly normal girl with no power of her own, the love interest and obsession of your typical chosen one protagonist. Her destiny was doomed to be forever in her heros shadow, but she was offered one chance to surpass her role, if she could go through with it. Rachel wants to be special and fulfill her dreams on her own...and she absolutely couldn't stand someone she thought of as weak being better then her. So she killed her best friend :) (he got better dw).
Soulmate(s): Yes, but are YOU okay with your soulmate betraying you? Real risk right here.
Shadow: Rachel kinda goes with her darkest wants anyway, so I feel like her shadow just increases the risk of her jealousy reaching a breaking point. She might snidely try to sabotage others after a long build up, or act out explosively in ways she otherwise wouldn't.
Plotting: I've been talking down about her a lot here, but I want to be very transparent that Rachel is NOT a good person. She will lie, steal, cheat, etc and her feelings about other characters will often be negative and bitter and she'll seek to ruin their lives in various ways. Initially she'll be a perfectly nice normal girl to everyone, but most early CR will probably be based on Rachel trying to use people. If that sounds fun, or you think your character would pick up on her awful vibes and call her out - please come my way!! If that sounds stressful and sucky, please let me know and I'll keep her out of your hair. However, I do think there's a good chance Rachel can surpass these feelings. She's been in a bad position where she's had to feel like she needs to destroy others to be happy, but I think its possible for her to grow beyond them and realize there are other ways for her to be happy.

(Also I would get bored if I had to write her being manipulative all the time, so I'm very excited to write her getting to just be a silly teen for once.)
