Info: My name's Emily! My timezone's AST and I'm definitely most active in the evenings and on weekends, due to having a pretty standard 9 to 5. I'm way too into video games, trivia shows, German heavy metal, and meeting new people! I'm super down for random chats about rp or whatever strikes your fancy, and am completely game for random adds – don't feel you need to ask.

Noctis Lucis Caelum

Canon: Final Fantasy XV

Info: Noctis is a giant nerd, whose occasional stupidity is only outstripped by his capacity to mean well and want to help others. He's a lethargic, socially awkward, out of touch gamer who also just so happens to be the crown prince of a nation at war. Currently he's coping with the very recent loss of his father and the far-reaching implications of what that means for his future, and his number one tactic for this is aggressive repression.
Soulmate(s): Will he be searching actively? No. Is it something in the back of his mind that he knows he needs and that I as his player absolutely want? For sure. As he calms down and gets acclimated and realizes the danger his shadow truly is, this will become more and more paramount in his mind.
Shadow: His shadow is absolutely going to capitalize on his insecurities, primarily his unwillingness to rule, his fear of the future, and his desire for a normal average life. This will manifest in him occasionally lashing out and taking his anger out in all the wrong ways. I don't have any full arcs planned yet for his shadow, but I'm noodling over ideas! There's a ton of material here to work with. He'll certainly be experiencing a huge amount of guilt over how much he'll enjoy the simple things in Nightfell, like getting a job and being ignored. Rip.
Plotting: I feel I'm gonna' be echoing a lot of people, but right now I'm genuinely open to just about anything. Noctis needs friends who can show him how to actually live without royal attendants and how to be a normal young man, but he also needs gamer buddies and person one or two people who'd go fishing with him. At the same time I'm a huge sucker for negative cr and am so down for anyone who wants an annoying rival to bug them. Noctis is one of those damn youngsters always on his phone, so anticipate text harassment in your IC inbox (I'm sorry in advance). Also always looking for a good sparring buddy!!

Noctis!! Does he want or need a cheerful dog friend who is also a huge nerd? They can bond over losing their parents maybe, even if her loss isn't nearly as recent (but she's gotten pulled back into that case, so it's raw for entirely different reasons).

What's she been up to so far in Nightfell? Any plans coming up? 👀

I'm going to figure that out once we get a proper intro, but she comes hot off a battle with something Bad, so she's going to completely ignore that fact and be as cheerful as possible to the other Restless. She's from the house of Conceal Don't Feel after all.

she's 100% committed to playing the part of the 1500s princess who definitely has no secrets bc that just makes her life Easier so she'll have to make noct... "teach" her about video games...... I haven't played Nier in a good while so I'm just canon familiar to be dangerous, but I love Kainé and I'm so happy to see her in game. Noctis is 100% the perfect person for her to go ham against too since he's such a dodge-happy punching bag, this could be the perfect arrangement.
