That's the kind of thing that an aristocrat like me is best at.
It's just not considered appropriate for women.
We're expected to be wives and mothers, especially within the nobility.
We belong in caretaker positions, or utilising feminine skills - maids, nurses, teachers, seamstresses... though I know some commoners must make ends meet as merchants.
But women who pursue inappropriate occupations will often suffer bad reputation. I've heard some female physicians are called witches!
