Info: I don’t post regularly on plurk, but it’s a good way to ping me. When I do post, it’s mostly pictures of my pet mice ( they’re adorable ok ), memes, game chatter, or the occasional tid-bit about the fitness world.
I’m MST (GMT-7), usually. I’m weak and like to sleep, so I tend to be more active from mid-afternoon to evening. I’ve been sporadic with tagging ( sorry tdm ;; ), due to not being home for the past couple of weeks, plus mod things. I hope to be more consistent by mid next week though! I default to brackets and present tense because for reasons I do not understand, I am incapable of past tense and prose. I don’t mind at all if we don’t match styles though!

Canon: Voltron: Legendary Defender

Info A foster home kid who miraculously landed himself a spot at Galaxy Garrison, Keith was this close to becoming the equivalent of a battle astronaut. But then his mentor/bff “died” and he got booted from the program ( apparently punching a senior officer will do that?? ). Spent a year living in the desert by himself, then found the Blue Lion with his not-dead mentor/bff, plus some other cadets. So, their universe is being taken over by a 10,000 year strong Empire of the Galran race and apparently, someone needs to stop them?? This is how he wound up as the Red Paladin of Voltron ( think Power Rangers but in space ), then the Black Paladin when his mentor/bff died for real. Peaced out to go be a space assassin ( Blade of Marmora, close enough ) while his mentor/bff’s clone took over Voltron. Found his mom, who is actually Galra. Got stuck in the Quantum Abyss and aged two years in that warped space-time, while the rest of the universe advanced only a few months. Battled his mentor/bff’s clone and fell to his death with him… right?? Now he’s here! Been a wild ride! If anyone knows the canon, he’s taken from s6e5.
Soulmate(s): Keith is one of those prickly, don’t-stand-too-close-to-me types. So I can’t say he’s going to be actively looking to enlist people to have such intimate access to him. He can handle himself, okay?? Perhaps that will change with cr!
Shadow: No hard plans on this yet, but Keith isn't the kindest to himself on his best day anyway. He used to be far more prone to self-sabotage, so it's likely he'll fall back into that with the Shadow's influence. Meaning, he might be more quick to anger. Time to brush off that Disciplinary Issue title of his; hopefully he doesn't start up his habit for punching people again.
Plotting: I always want to put everything and anything, even though it’s a cop out LOL.
Positive CR, negative CR ( though, not simply for the sake of it ). While he is often ready to help those that need it, he tends to be more standoffish when it comes to developing anything deeper than a shallow connection ( how do you friend?? ).
He’s going to do a lot of exploring ( and likely fighting with critters ). Talk to him about space or flight crafts or anything that goes fast, really. He’s a survivalist ( 1 year in the desert + 2 years in a space wilderness ), so fellow survivalists hi?? He needs sparring buddies ( tho fair warning, I don’t like writing out simple sparring; this would be handwaved cr development ).
